Internet copyright issues are complicated, so you should never assume that online material is simply ‘public domain’ – you will always need to check the source. In some circumstances, the notion of ‘fair use’ allows you to use online sources for the purpose of analysis, critique, and education. These guidelines are designed by SoFA to ensure that the durable employment e-Village is an enjoyable, inspiring and safe site for our users. Common sense, courtesy and respect for all in the community are the basic starting blocks of good communication and form the basis for our community guidelines.
